THE THANG: start with the Leberer Horseshoe- Cul-de-Sac to Cul-de-Sac- perform 3 exercises: Dive Bomb merkin, Squats and Big boy sit ups- 3 at the first, run, then 6, 9x, 6, 3
Jog to Brem Ln Cul-de-Sac as a starting point and run to every cul-da-sac on the left and back to start until we reach the fifth- cycle 20 reps between Wide arm, Diamond, hand release, wide arm and Diamond, then 20 squats at the start. That was a clock killer and not much time for anything but a few flutters.

COT: Midrift and Franky are in running form and did what ever exercises they choose. Frasier did all the merkins, not sure about the ab work. FH did all the exercises and Rousey did everything he wanted to do, even if it wasn’t called. YHC, well my form was in question much of the morning.
Oh, Rousey handed out running tips to Frasier. He accepted them and looked to be running faster.
In the end, I think everyone got something they wanted. Mileage was high for this one at 5.4. The segments were slightly longer and so was my wienkie, because we only covered 1-2 of it.
