THE THANG: Palmolive eager to get in some miles did reconosance running to The Super Bowl AO and back.
YHC & T1000 searched the site from end-to-end for the other DaVincians😔
We passed by the cinderblock pile by Target ran to MyGym to hit the stairs to do declined rows & say hello to the yoga ladies one last time. Did step-ups and derkins at the fountains & did Mary & pull ups at the cushy playground before heading back to COT for one last circle around the PetsMart parking lot and around BestBuy

COT: We didn’t sync up with Palmolive until afterward so the two site Qs held a perfect record of never posting together while being site Qs. Maybe there’s something symbolic in that
T1000 & YHC searched the site in vain, alas we were the only ones there – but we still got in some work & had a last pass through the site to save up the memories. There have been so many but it will be good to see new places & new challenges with the start of a new year

Next building: Wall sit until failure When you drop, jump squats until last man falls 10 jump squats 10 step ups 10 squats
At tables: 6 inch flutter hold until fail LBCs when done 10 LBCs 10 American Hammers 10 heels to heaven
At rock pile: Overhead hold til fail OH press when you drop 10 OH Press 10 Curls
At fit trail: Pull up hold til failure When you drop, bent over rows with rock 10 bent over rows 10 curls
Back to launch for some cocaine bears and burpee broad jumps
Then wrapped up with a .3 mile run so ToeJam’s watch would tell him he got 1.5 miles
Time was called as we wrapped up with a 15s plank.
