1st set: Parking Cleans to Goblet Squat X 5 per side Max Chin-ups Snatch to overhead reverse lunge X 5 per side Did this 5 times with 2:00 rest
2nd set 10 RDLs per side 10 Tea-Bag Squat to High Pulls 10 merkins on bell
2x more times but 8, then 6, on the first two while we upped the merkins to 12 and 14 respectively

Cool before the cold rolls in and a nearly full moon to light the way. Curds pup set the pace. At least until the obligatory pit stop, then she and Curd made quick work to reclose the gap we put between us. Some talk of marathons this AM after hearing @Insomniac finished the Marine Corp marathon this weekend in nearly 90 degree temps. YHC won’t be running one any time soon as I could barely finish four. Also time for some new shoes!

Who ya gonna call?

THE THANG: Head to cinder block stash by Target…10x jumping spiders IC, 10x zombie crunch IC (both sides), grab a coupon then 10x grave diggers IC and 13x man makers.
Return coupons and go to the stairs for 10x body bag builders and 10x Australian pull ups. Zombie walk to the fountain by the playground for 3x sets of 25x dips and 25x squats.
MARY: Mosey to launch for a gut buster (listen to the ghostbusters theme song in a plank, burpee every time you hear “ghostbusters” said and plank jack every “I ain’t afraid of no ghosts”).
C3PO felt that 7:28 was still enough time for a furious round of 20x then 10x Freddie Mercs and mountain climbers.

A few regulars were excused for various reasons (leprechauns, marathons, The Sphere). We ventured to Circle’s End and Lammers and ran a few laps around the field. Headed back and arrived slightly tardy, grateful that Pele waited just long enough for us. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Christmas party at Orange Whip’s! COT: Lois did the honors this morning.

SP pointed out that across SOB our numbers are way down. Each of us should consider the value that F3 has brought to us. It is up to us to come out to workouts, participate, and share this great thing of ours with other men.

MARY: great crew today. Been focusing on strength here lately with the overwhelming number of running workouts. Kevlar has been pretty consistent for the past couple of months with a lot of new regulars.
Pop Tart brought the chatter, OT brought the sweat and also somehow Tinker Toy came back out after posting at WAMRAP on Wednesday – also he’s a double respect 60!
