THE THANG:
Circuit 1 – Repeat 3x – Squats: 15 reps – Push-ups: 15 reps – Reverse Lunges (each leg): 10 reps – Burpees: 5 – Plank: Hold for 30 seconds
Shuttle Runs (5 minutes): Shuttle runs between two speed bumps for 1 minute, touching the ground at each end. Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat for a total of 4 sets. Followed by 5 Burpees
Circuit 2 – Repeat 3x – Bicycles: 20 reps (10 each side) – Dips: 15 reps – Mountain Climbers: 20 reps (10 each leg) – Russian Twists: 20 reps (10 each side) – Burpees: 5 reps
Circuit 3 – Repeat 3x – 20 Step-ups (10 each leg) – 5 Burpees
