After each round of 5 exercises we took a lap around the parking lot. Reps occurred in a ladder progression. Started at 2 reps and worked to 10 reps and then back down the ladder 8,6,4 etc).
If my count is right we got through 8 rounds. The PAX’s shoulders should be stronger after this.
