Next we yogged over to the old Kevlar AO at Covenant Day. 3 laps around the church stopping at every other light post for called exercise.
We then proceeded to the oddly shaped track for speed work the faster contingent. – 400s with 200 rest x 2 – 200s with 200 rest x2
We headed back to launch, stopping at a defunct bank for 15 merkins. The end.
