Mosey to field • Jacob’s Ladder – open field –(Hawkeye Special) 4 corners is 5 burpees in center field at beginning and between each station. corner workouts are: 1. 30 squat jacks 2. 20 LBCs 3. 15 jump lunges 4. 10 Shoulder tap merkins Repeat and add next exercise at each corner Repeat (2nd round in reverse order). Split up to collect flashlights from all corner stations
Mosey to side of building in front of playground Partner up – People’s chair • Partner 1 arm raises, partner 2 run to the end of baseball field (switch) Slide under school shelter against wall • People’s Chair- Mohamad Ali’s
Mosey to launch, stand w toes on curb 20 calf raises, 20 monkey humpers- repeat 4x Plank for 1 min COT YHC took us out YHC staged flashlights and soggy instruction sheets in 4 corners and the center of the field for Jacobs Ladder. Forgot the process and did all exercises at all stations the first round instead of escalating each station. (Better workout) Did it the correct way for the second round (in reverse order). Mumble chatter was a lot about groceries, prices, wings, Harris Teeter vs. Food Lion, being girl dads for: yet to be born through 25 yr. old daughters, hamstring pulls, tennis elbow cures. Fun was had by all three.
