THE THANG: Mosey to rock pile and choose a lifting rock. 25x civilian count curls, tricep extensions, push press and a final round of combined curl/press/tri ext. all rounds followed by a quick mosey around the circle.
Mosey out entrance 2 down to entrance 1 and into the 51 side parking lot. Island work. Increasing exercises each island (36). Squats down, merkins back, LBC down, combined back (squat/merkin/lbc)
Mosey to hotbox. Hug from voodoo, our bromance continues. Monkey humpers for the Meatheads. Wall work with some arm circles.
Mosey back to start.
