WARMUP: mosey to font entrance do some not good downs on hand release American flavored push-ups. and we did some other stuff including 2 kinda of SSH. THE THANG: Hit some speed bumps at the Y do LBCs 33 33 34. Hit the Back entrance 😎 and do 10 hand release and 10 jump squats. MARY: we did a failed Paula abdul and then more speed bumps big boy sit ups. Great to see Fredo on his 7th Maniversary crushing it. Starch on day 2 and Roulette hitting it hard. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Madisons daughters race and Exlaxstravaganza with Frehleys 60th COT: war eagle
