12 brave souls ventured out in the gloom to celebrate the 10th day of Burpees.  Historians will tell you that the burpee first came to the Americas in the early 1800s.  You may recall that the burpee was persecuted throughout Europe and sought a better life across the pond.  The burpee and those that worship the burpee are a special people.  Today we gave them their due:

The Thang:

Mosey around the PDS parking lot to the center of the football field.

• 20 SSH
• 20 IW
• 20 Copperhead Squats
• 1 minute Huddle Jumps each leg (a crowd favorite)

Mosey to the goal line for 11s

• Jump Squats/Burpees… 55 burpees if you are counting at home

Mosey to the bleachers

• 10 derkins run the stairs 10 monkey humpers
• 15/15
• 20/20
• 25/25

Mosey back to the goal line

• 10 burpees run the length of the field and back
• 15 burpees run
• 10 burpees run
• 10 burpees run
• 10 burpees run… 55 burpees to finish our 110 for the day thank you very much

• 15 Heels to heaven
• 15 Dolly
• 15 Rosalita
• 1 minute plank to finish
