Tomorrow, YHC is planning on administering the KB Pentathlon introduced by TIger Rag on March 9th and repeated by Brown at Meathead on March 12th:
Score = (#Reps) x (Adjusted KB Size) where Adj. KB Size = Wt of Bell (in kg) / 8.
EX: 100 swings with a 24 kg bell = (100 reps) x (24 kg / 8) = 300 pts.

YHC has been looking forward to doing the KB pentathlon since missing it in March due to work travel. Unfortunately, my cold has turned into a fever and my M is starting to use hurtful words to describe my mental faculties if I post tomorrow morning. If anyone can step up and administer the KB pentathlon in my absence, I’d appreciate it. Otherwise, I will show up and clipboard the workout. #Cobains for the short notice, but I was hoping things would get better instead of worse.
