So after planning for 2 warm-up laps and 5 sets of exercises with 25 reps, YHC felt that this was a sufficiently terrible idea.

WARMUP: 2 laps around the track Imperial walkers Runners stretch
THE THANG: 5 sets, 25 reps (did a lap after the 2nd, 4th, and 5th sets) – Squats – OH press – Lunges (total) – Chest press flutters
MARY: Weighted wall sits and planks until time ran out
