WARMUP: Started with some SSH and IW’s in the launch parking lot.
THE THANG: Mosey’d over to the Allen Tate building in an attempt to find a parking lot that isn’t a like rubbing your hands against a cheese grater. Did an exercise of 7’s on each end of the parking lot consisting of Burpees and Merkins (1/6, 2/5, 3/4, 4/3, 5/2, 6/1) running the length of the lot between each exercise. Afterwards we mosey’d down to the lower lot by Jekyll & Hyde for a starfish workout. 20 squats in the middle followed by 20 of a called exercise in each corner. Round one was lunges, Sharon Towers, arm circles & dips. Round two was heel raises, CDD, hillbillies, & merkins. There was a brief spluttering of mist after round one so we took shelter under a tent for some work on our six. There were plenty of dry spots under the tent for everyone, but for some reason @slim_fast decided to lay down in the only place that was wet. Exercises under the tent included LBCs, heels to heaven, Rosalitas and Freddy Mercurys. MARY: finished with about 10 minutes to spare so we hung out on the brick wall of the new Flying Biscuit in Matthews until we saw Sparta run in. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Still praying for @sensei’s M.
