– Low slow squats (20)
– Burpees OYO (5)
– Side straddle hops (20)
– Imperial walkers (20)
– More burpees OYO (5)
The Thang!
Mosey to the side street and gather for the “Burpee Trail”!
– Sprint to each tree island
– 5 Burpees OYO at each, all the way to Stop sign
– Then, plank it up.
Head to the Soccer Field for a some “post-sprinkler Burpee build-up drills”.
– 25 LBC’s on the near side, then sprint to the middle
– 25 squats, then sprint to the far side
– 1 Burpee, then sprint back to other side
(Rinse and Repeat 9 more times, adding 1 more burpee on far side each time, until 10 burpees at the end.)
On Your Six (for one last soaking in the mud!)
– Dollies (28)
