9 strong men accepted the early morning challenge of Chestnut Square Park. Here is how it went down.

Run up Hill, backwards.
Rinse and Repeat x7.
Now for some fun.
Break up into 2 groups.
Group 1 runs to first light post and merkins till Group 2 arrives. Group 2 pushes strategically placed vehicle (SPV) to group 1. Switch. SPV eventually made it to parking lot, turned around, and returned to road opposite the stairway of parking lot. Was this technically a gear workout? The debate continues….
