Station 1- Community Center
Mosey to the benches near the community center for some circuit work

- Step-ups x 10 (each leg)
Station 2-Track
Move to the playground by the track for called exercises then take a lap, two rounds.
- Merkins x 10
- Flutters x 15 (4 CT)
- LBCs x 15
Station 3- Baseball Field
Mosey to the baseball field honoring MLB opening day only a few days away.
- Bear Crawl around the bases
- Lunge Walk around the bases
Station 4- The Hill
Bear crawl up the hill behind the baseball field, merkin ladder at the top, return to the bottom, up to 5.
Station 5- Peoples Chair
Move over to the school and grab Some Wall, for two rounds for Air Presses x 75 and then 100.
Station 6- Church Parking Lot
Head back to the lower lot by the start point for some gassers.

Moleskin:
- Strong work by the PAX today, and the weather was perfect. Good turnout considering many PAX are DR for spring break.
- YHC wanted to keep things moving today, using most of the AO and focusing on core work.
- Good seeing Robin Hood out there again, keep it coming.
- No formal pre-run but that didn’t stop Booyah getting some extra credit work in.
- DT loves the Air Presses so much we went for another round.
- Some mumble chatter between Sensei and Freedom about chicken sandwiches during the track work, made me hungry.
- We happened upon some tomatoes prior to COP but they didn’t stick around too long.
- Retread keeps getting stronger out there, keep it up.
- Thanks to Booyah for taking us out, it was an honor to lead and please sound off with any mumble chatter.
