We may have gotten the hardest work out of 2016 out of the way early. That was awful. Two 1/2 weeks of IR didn’t help but that was exactly what I needed to get 2016 started. Not sure what I was thinking when I picked FT for my return.
The stitches are still in but I can probably take them out tonight by myself.
I’m glad Mermaid brought up the shorts issue. Real men had shorts on this morning. And so did Prohibition.
Frasier is a beast. He was gliding along a lap or two ahead of most of us, then lounging at the finish cheering us on. Actually, he was kind of like those people at marathons yelling “you’re almost there!” Leave me in my misery.
1st of all, I didn’t slip on ice last week. It was a muddy puddle that stole me shoe. I got it back.
Damn right I wore shorts this morning. They may be a little smaller than they were a few months ago, but I wasn’t wearing tights or thigh highs or whatever Purple Haze was wearing.
Who doesn’t love a Chelms early take off? All he heard was burpees at the top and squats at the bot…and he’s gone. #classic #2016FTHcaptain
