Valet Parking, my Lady?

18 strong men posted at Stonehenge on this fine cold spring morning. The varsity Qs – Madame Tussaud and Outback were called up late the night before to share the honor of leading the PAX.

Thang

Madame Tussaud started the proceedings with a mosey on over to the Premier parking deck where the disclaimer was given, which was followed by:

Warm up

  • Side straddle hop x 20
  • Imperial walker x 20
  • Squat x 20
  • Merkin x 20

Stairs, Merks and Burps

  • Merkin x 20, run up one flight
  • Burpee x 10, run down to the bottom
  • Merkin x 20, run up two flights
  • Burpee x 10 run down to the bottom
  • Merkin x 20, run up three flights
  • Burpee x 10, run down to the bottom
  • Merkin x 20, run to the top
  • Burpee x 10
  • Round of LBCs and plank for the 6

Shoulders

  • Run down the garage one floor
  • Bear crawl up to the first lamppost and run to the top
  • Run down the garage one floor and partner up
  • Partner one wheelbarrow to the first lamppost
  • Partner two wheelbarrow to the second lamppost
  • Run to the top

Hand over Q to Outback with a mosey down to the ground level of the parking deck, which was followed by:

Chest

  • Four count merkin with holds x 7, run to the next level
  • Merkin x 30, run to the next level
  • Wide arm merkin x 20, run to the next level
  • Diamond merkin x 15, run to the top level
  • Burpee x 5, hold peoples chair
  • Run to the bottom of the deck

Abs

  • Run up the stairs to the first level
  • LBC x 30, run up the stairs to the next level
  • Jay-Lo x 30, run up the stairs to the next level
  • Burpee x 5, run up the stairs to the top level
  • Hold people chair with overhead press, and extended arm holds

The way back

  • Indian run down the parking deck.
  • Mosey Back to CVS
  • Jail break back to the AO.

Moleskin

A lot of hard work was put in on the deck today with minimal resting periods, which may have accounted for the mumble chatter being light.  After being out for three weeks I noticed big gains in the PAX in terms of both level of fitness and weight loss.  Not sure what you all were doing while I was out but it certainly worked.

  • Queens Cup Steeple Chase, April 25th – Market Timer has space reserved at this fine and fun event and will send out more info shortly.
