The Thang:
Run to Carmel for warm ups:
SSHx30, Imperial Walker x 20, Mountain Climber x 20, Diamond x 12
Run to field. Abort. Almost wiped out in the slop so back to lot for Hoops Drills:
Run to each hoop for excercise, 5 burpees at the end, run back: Merkins x 10, All Cotton Sit Ups x 10, Carolina Dry Docks x 10, Squats x 10, Burpees x 5
Run to back hill, partner up:
Partner 1 balls to the wall, partner 2 run to bottom fence and back, Rinse & Repeat x 4
Run to side street for Jacobs Ladder x 6 with Burpees.

Playing in mud is one thing, but not being able to stand is another, the audible didnt slow us down.
Boomer was able to keep his Irish hat on through the full churn. Impressive display.
