Welcome to the Big House, SOBs/A51’s westernmost AO.  First launch up and running bright and early tomorrow am at 0530.  We’ll meet at the Police Station’s visitors lot.  Expect +5 FNGs.  Team effort and keeping bringing up the 6 are the priorities.

Thorough disclaimer given FNGs likely present, 1 lap around the entire AO – Scenic tour & warm up for the temps.

The Thang:

Partner Up, Mosey to Tree Farm

• Partner 1 – Low, Slow Dips
• Partner 2 – Lap around the baseball field
• Flapjack x2, Plank up when complete

Mosey to parking lot, PAX line up on end of parking lot side.

• Partner 1 – Run to first half, 30 LBCs, run back & tag Partner 2
  • Partner 2 – CDDs until Partner 1 returns
• Partner 2 – Run to second half, 30 LBCs, run back & tag Partner 1
  • Partner 1 – CDDs until Partner 1 returns

PAX plank up until all are finished.

• Partner 1 – Run to first half, 15 boxcutters, run back & tag Partner 2
  • Partner 2 – Floyd Mayweathers until Partner 1 returns
• Partner 2 – Run to second half, 15 boxcutters, run back
  • Partner 1 – Floyd Mayweathers until Partner 2 returns

Recovery lap around the baseball field. Mosey to brick dugout, grab some wall 

• People’s chair with arm raises up to 60, stop for a 10 count x2

Mosey to Grassy area for Planker’s delight – PAX Plank up, 1 by 1, PAX go down the line for handslap merkins (if merkins aren’t an option, then modify to side-plank walk down the line and give your man 1 five each hand).

LBCs, Flutters, Dolleys if PAX are still feeling spry.  Mosey back to launch point.
