Walking Lunges down, run back

Standing Long jumps down, run back
Mosey around school to front wall, wall sits on ice. Some PAX literally sat on the ice, or the smart PAX grabbed a dry seat under the covered wall.
Mosey to front lot, near playground, circle up.
50 Merkins, run down to cones & back
40 Dry Docks, run down & back
30 Dips, run down & back
20 Pullups, run down & back
Plank hold variations for a long time.
Run around school, avoiding black ice… to the back lot again.
