Red Light District Loops

THE THANG: Pretty simple loops around the roughly 3/4 of a mile loop of the red light district with stops at the 3 main intersections for 5 merkins, 5 lbcs and 5 jump squats. Rinsed and repeat till around 6:05 then off we went back to the ABC Store. Sorry for repeating your q from months on end Ductwork, crazy day at work the day prior putting my 2 weeks notice in at my current job meant I had to come up with a workout plan quick on our way to the red light district. Option 2 would’ve been the mermaid. It was both a lot, and enough to only use up about 38 minutes meaning carries and Mary are needed to fill the allotted time. Still couldn’t fit TGUs in though, maybe next Christmas. MARY: Another great year of the toughest or easiest workout in A51. Go hard, or don’t.
Lots of laps, lots of laughs and lots of dead things in the parking deck.
This year we found a cup full of poop, remnants of a fire in the stairwell, giant moths, a wide variety of condoms (for her pleasure) and so much more.
Alf posted an estimated 48 times, breaking his old record :open_mouth: and the yearly leaderboard looks very similar to last year with Rachel and OT taking the 2 and 3 spot, respectively.
Week 52 was taken from us with Christmas coming, but it’s well deserved considering the difficulty compared to other Wednesday workouts :eyes: :kissing_heart:
Certainly appreciate the brotherhood which was much needed personally for me at the end of this year.
Keep finding guys to bring out, 2025 is coming and life ain’t getting easier.

The 12 plus 0 Days of Christmas

I can now sympathize and I ain’t retyping the whole thing. WARMUP: Mosey to the parking deck at Ballantyne Village. Standard warm up at the deck entrance as we dodged cars turning in. THE THANG: YHC laid out 12 days of exercises on Level 5 and 12 days of exercises on Level 6. Broke out into 3 teams of 3 Pax. Do exercise on Level 5, run up to Level 6 and do corresponding exercise. Day 1 was 10 reps (5 on each level), Day 2 was 20 reps (10 on each level) until Day 12 of 120 reps (60 on each level). Most teams made it through 8 days. Lots of merkins, squats, Kraken burpees, core, etc. MARY: J-Lo’s, big boi’s, plank jacks ANNOUNCEMENTS: – SOB Holiday Party at SOB Friday night at 5:00. – Xmas Eve convergence at Bagpipe. 2K Christmas miracle

THE THANG: since my helper elf was not feeling well today we decided to build off of what we did last week. We did 2K repeats at same hard effort. Mosey recovery until everyone’s heart rate could get below 140 and repeated. We got a total of four reps in.
