Turn right for the 485 bridge and then U-turn for the six. Do warm-up exercises along the slippery boardwalk where Hazard found a Hazard (not even a flesh wound, thankfully).
THE THANG: Using the mileage markers (which are a lot less reflective than it seems like they once were), run 0.5mi at Threshold Pace. Rest 30-45sec and then repeat up to 6 total intervals. We ran from markers 2.25mi-1.75mi-1.25mi (just inside 485)-1.75-2.25-1.75-2.25. The “Men Working” construction sign was a nice acknowledgment that we were doing our part in the Gloom.
Headed back via Greenway around Loch Ness and arrived to COT at 0614.
