Partner up for three rounds of deck work. Partner one runs the deck up while partner two takes the stairs to the top then runs down to meet partner one. Do ten merkins go back the way you came to the rendezvous point and do 10 squats. Bonus round was flip-flop and partner two runs the deck while partner one takes the stairs for one round.
Onto the next set of fun. Jog down to lower bowl road and did a modified triple nickel with doing three rounds with 10 marks at the top and 10 squats at the bottom.
Then the fun really began. We jogged up to the Pickleball courts on top of the parking deck. Broke up into teams, stated the rules and the consequences if you lose. All games were to three with rally scoring. Loser had to do wind sprints, and the winner did a champions jog around the deck.

Old guys Vs

Nonetheless the count started around 522 and immediately fresh complained that the all old guys, pointing at me(marta) Smokey, and himself, should not be on the same team. I was a little confused since I’ve been excluded from WoMu but still considerd an old guy i may have to boycott the Fresbys for this offense, but I digress.
The chatter was high today with constant barbs and even an enforced pick call by @bullystick.. south meck must have just had an assembly on fair play and equity or some jazz. It was a wiley battle between Vicky and Aoli.. clearly trying to muscle for the title of Top Crossfit Athlete that also plays ultimate. @yeti was limited as MARTA boxes him out on one, a few d’s, and nearly a handbook- where bully quiped he was playing like fresh.. whatever that means. Chandileir and Dora were meances in the endzone. Heck even bullystick skied barber for a score.. at one point, MARTA collided with pink eye while nearly stealing the disc for another fast break. @tebow chirped up that you would expect such dirty play from a GT fan… which is truly rich considering UGAs shining star DT just spat in Daks face on national tv… can a uga player be both dumb and stupid? Regardless, the atmosphere is setting up for some side wagers to be made next Friday before the gt/Clemson game.
With that write up you’d think Yellow won the game… and I’m afraid the game was only close for the first 8 pts. Yellow and red were locked at 4 a piece and Yeti and barber took control and never looked back. Nothing spectacular but the shear athleticism, youth and willpower of yeti, barber, aoli, and biden wore yellow down.. the steady hands of pink eye, Tebow, and Smokey made few mistakes. Red went up something like 10 to 6.. in the end it was kinda respectable 14 to 11 or 10.. with red winning.
