THE THANG: Run to another parking lot 5 lanes/ 2 alt exercise on one side, 2 alt exercises on the other. Bear crawl in between Descending reps 25,20,15,10,5 – jump squats/ monkey humpers – Wide arm / Diamond merkins
Short jog to hill for Triple nickle Lunge/lunge/ squat and burpees w/ backward run up the hill
Run to rock pile by the fire dept
3 rounds: curl, tri, press, squat Run around median thing and repeat 20, 15, 15 reps per round
Ab work between rounds
Run to the Teacher smoke break area for 10 step-up each leg and 10 dips Repeat- 2 rounds
Head to launch…DONE
