Bullystick with the blast

Date: 2026-02-06 AO: Ultimate Q: MARTA , Spyglass PAX: Yeti, Crawdad, Mayo, Fruity Pebbles, Shank, JH, Situation, Steve Hall, MARTA, Spyglass, Biden, Duff, aoli, Pink eye, wario, peaches FNGs: COUNT: 16 Incredibly close game today as Red took the pitch against Yellow in an instant classic. No team ever led by four, both teams pushing the game towards an inevitable exciting finish. The early game gave us many iconic plays such as Situation making a snag on the head of Yeti, Pink Eye sprinting  all the way down the field step-for-step with Yeti (his knee brace clanking louder than a malfunctioning battle droid), and Aioli continuing his campaign for MVP (which is looking more and more promising due to a lagging incumbent and prolonged IR stints for other top candidates) with the classic Aioli statline of (approximately) four scores and 3 defensive plays made on 7 touches. The final five points saw Red go up by two (both on breaks) employing the revolutionary strategy of  running downfield to guard the first throw after a pull. Yellow struck back in short order using our genius invention to serve their evil intents. This set up a universe point with Red receiving the pull and working it down the field before turning it over, Yellow had their turn but couldn’t capitalize on their trip to the redzone, once Red regained possession they never looked back with Mayo putting it into the endzone for Biden for a walk-off win.  I could not attend COT due to concerns for getting to school on time so I will leave you all with this, the Patriots are the good guys and Kuechly is a Hall of Famer.
Teams :  RED (WINNERS) 15-14 Bullystick Situation Mayo  Shank Crawdad Pink Eye Wario Biden Fresh Meat

Date: 2026-02-07 AO: Olympus Q: Blanks , PAX: voodoo, The Worm, Blanks, Krzyzewski, Emoji, MARTA, high_tide, hoover FNGs: None COUNT: 8 WARMUP: hoover inspired: the usual, mixed in with 100 single bell swings! Love getting those out of the way up front.
THE THANG: MARTA requested a themed playlist, so I went with an easy one; songs from movies. It didn’t take long for him to call me out for not watching movies in the past 20 years. YHC had a blast today, the PAX showed up and made it worthwhile. Krzyzewski was supportive and never hesitated, no matter how heavy his bells were. high_tide nailed a bunch of my songs, which made YHC feel vindicated. voodoo powered through a virus he picked up either from across the pond or one of his many work/ski trips. Emoji was fired up the whole time, showing up early and putting YHC’s enthusiasm to shame. The Worm set the pace for the farmers carries, and nailed the Nine Inch Nails song from The Crow.
It was an honor gentleman!! Your fellowship is as refreshing as a post-workout Miller Lite at 8am on my day off.
