Mosey to the Avenue of Trees.
WAVE 1: Suicides w/ trees · Starting at the end of the Avenue of Trees, do Merkin x1. · Run to the first tree, do LBC x 2. · Run back to the start for Merkin x 3. · Run to the second tree for LBC x4. Repeat and expand until we get to the last tree. (20 LBCs)
Head over to the rock pile.
WAVE 2: Rock Work · Grab your lifting rock. · Curls, Chest Press, Triceps, then Bear Crawl 4 parking spaces pushing your rock. · Next round x 10, Bear Crawl w/ your rock. · Next round x 15, Bear Crawl w/ your rock. Another round of 10, 5. Done.
Rocks back and head back to the Avenue of Trees.
