An out and back to the Village seemed to work. So with no warm up out of the lot we went at 6:00 a.m. Three walkers hot on our pace. Despite all the turkey still in the digestive tract, Insomniac still ended up with a 5k PR. We made it to the Touchstone Village and back in a clean 5 miles.
