We had 10 PAX show up this morning at the Arsenal: 3 double pre-runners w/ boot camp, 6 single pre-runners w/ boot camp, and 1 single pre-run only. Each pre-run accounted for 3 miles of today’s total and the boot camp was also worth 3 miles. Here’s the workout.
