We got off to a great start with a FNG joining us – Welcome “Charms” Did a tour of the West end of Ballantyne. Stopped off at the pavilion / turf field (aka Brixham Park) for bear crawls, lunges, crab walks and drydocks. Stopped over at the waterfall pond (aka Cullman Park) for hills, squats and T merkins. Stopped off at the bull field (aka Our Park) for reverse rows and side lunges. Final stop was the fitness trail (no other name that I am aware of) for pullups or Aussie’s. Made it back to the launch point in time for some Mary. Strong work out there this AM by taggart, Blue Tent, Starch, wildturkey, Roulette and our newest addition Charms
