Mosey to the Hot Box hill.
WAVE 1: Elevens · Bottom of the hill, 10 Dry Docks. Top of the hill, 1 Jump Squats. · Then 9-2, 8-3, 7-4, etc. · Alternate coming up the hill forward and backwards.
Mosey, back around to the parking area just past the Avenue of Trees
WAVE 2: Dora 1-1.5-2 · Partner Up · 100 Merkins, 150 LBCs, 200 Squats
Mosey over to the rock pile near the baseball field.
WAVE 3: Rock Work · Pick a lifting rock. Make it respectable. · Curls, Chest Press, Triceps, Bent-Over Rows, Goblet Squats, Popeyes, and Flutter Press (x10, x15, x10)
Mosey to the lot next to Meathead for sprint grinders w/ Mary at the end of each sprint. Completed 4.
