Hadn’t seen Daisy in forever, good to see you brother. Puddin’ is savoring Liverpool’s brilliant run this campaign…and the tacos last night that are an integral part of his paleo diet. Baracus is praying he doesn’t get sick prior to his daughter’s wedding next weekend. Geraldo shit himself during the poker game. Limey may have, too, though I’m not sure #educatedguess Focker said it was good to see me in the gloom…thanks young fella. Just glad to be sittin’ up and takin’ nourishment. Aren’t we all?! Mount Smithfield

Started at the bottom of Smithfield Church Rd and slowly worked our way up, stoping to exercise at rock piles and doing mountain climbers at every light pole along the way. Rea repeats. Along the way we picked up Retread who launched early, and all reconvened at TJs to end the morning’s antics. MARY: nope ANNOUNCEMENTS: nah COT: remember your brothers who may have fallen by the wayside. Check on them, help carry their load. We need fellowship and accountability, often the most when we say we need it the least.

So after planning for 2 warm-up laps and 5 sets of exercises with 25 reps, YHC felt that this was a sufficiently terrible idea.
Even with all the griping, you’re welcome for not going with the 200 sandbag burpee plan this time.
WARMUP: 2 laps around the track Imperial walkers Runners stretch
THE THANG: 5 sets, 25 reps (did a lap after the 2nd, 4th, and 5th sets) – Squats – OH press – Lunges (total) – Chest press flutters
MARY: Weighted wall sits and planks until time ran out

Mosey to the Avenue of Trees.
WAVE 1: Suicides w/ trees · Starting at the end of the Avenue of Trees, do Merkin x1. · Run to the first tree, do LBC x 2. · Run back to the start for Merkin x 3. · Run to the second tree for LBC x4. Repeat and expand until we get to the last tree. (20 LBCs)
Head over to the rock pile.
WAVE 2: Rock Work · Grab your lifting rock. · Curls, Chest Press, Triceps, then Bear Crawl 4 parking spaces pushing your rock. · Next round x 10, Bear Crawl w/ your rock. · Next round x 15, Bear Crawl w/ your rock. Another round of 10, 5. Done.
