THE THANG: looks like the 12 days of Xmas, but with stairs… Stat by the stadium and run to the 1st floor 1) Dive bomb Merkin Run to the stadium 1) dive bomb merkin run to the second level and 2) one leg burpee – Run down stairs to stadium Run to the deck for 1) dive bomb upstairs for 2) one leg burpee upstairs for 3) Russian twists( 6total) then back down to the stadium Run to 1) dive bomb / 2) one leg burpee/ 3 Russian twist and 4) off set merkins (8 total) then back to stadium.
We did the first series again then ran to the second set of stairs for and repeated the following 5) burpees 6) lunges (12 total) 7) Diamond merkins 8) flutters (16 ttl)
Then onto the final stairs, but first all of stairwell one and stairwell 2 then
9) hand release merkins 10) sumo squats
And ran out of time for the last 2 exercises.

COT: sorry pilgrim for taking the Q. I was thinking about this workout for a few weeks, curious to see how far we would get. Thought we would finish
-Point break stayed on my heels most of the morning -Pilgrim had monument of speed, pushing the pace -OT was over dressed…and something about no more ice cream
