Did some site prep ahead of launch to minimize the time the group would be out in the rain.
5:30, light/brief/non-existent disclaimer and we were off.
Mosey over to the covered walkways near the AstroTurf semi-circle.

The rest of the workout occurred right here under the canopy. YHC had set up four pain stations across the walkways to leverage for the workout. Originally, I had planned for 5 PAX so that we could have a runner as our timer. But with only three PAX to speak of, modifications were necessary. So rather than use a runner/timer, we opted to do circuits of 25 exercises at each station and rotate through.

Station 4: Cinder Block Work · ROUND 1: Curls · ROUND 2: Chest Press · ROUND 3: Triceps · ROUND 4: Bent-Over Rows · ROUND 5: Around the World
Ended up completing the 5 rounds and then another 3 before we mosey’d back to launch.
