Puddin promised to make it a full 45 minutes after his Code Brown at Hydra yesterday. T-claps to 49’er for battling through turf toe. BA said everything hurts when he runs…so he walked everywhere. Just kidding. We’re all old and battling old manism and dad bod’s. #ACupSeason is upon us. Work the chesticles. Focker, Water Works and Ductwork were talking shop while making the five trips up to Miss Meyer’s Blue Door during Triple Nickel. Geraldo and BA were talking something about how they’d like to fire a lot of the millenials that report to them. Hops was struggling as per his norm but thankful to be back in the gloom after a stint on IR. Notice anybody missing in the gloom? Well then call him. “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another” – Proverbs 27:17. The dude who wrote this actually did not really have other men to whom he was accountable in a real way. And his life was a friggin’ mess, and those are his words. Don’t be like him.

Tour de Hills

THE THANG: Tour de Hills was the mission this morning. Four segments consisting of Willow Pond, Smokerise, Windbluff, and Rising Meadow. Threshold pace going out, recover coming back. We returned to SCMS a bit ahead of schedule, and added two laps around the bus lot for good measure. It was much more “enjoyable” to change venues than sticking to one place with endless repeats. COT: Continued prayers for Julie and Lois, and those who need support whether we know or not.

Fancy neighborhood cul-de-sacs

THE THANG: start with the Leberer Horseshoe- Cul-de-Sac to Cul-de-Sac- perform 3 exercises: Dive Bomb merkin, Squats and Big boy sit ups- 3 at the first, run, then 6, 9x, 6, 3
Jog to Brem Ln Cul-de-Sac as a starting point and run to every cul-da-sac on the left and back to start until we reach the fifth- cycle 20 reps between Wide arm, Diamond, hand release, wide arm and Diamond, then 20 squats at the start. That was a clock killer and not much time for anything but a few flutters.  
Head back to launch
MARY: boat / canoe and flutters to kill the last 3 minutes

COT: Midrift and Franky are in running form and did what ever exercises they choose.  Frasier did all the merkins, not sure about the ab work.  FH did all the exercises and Rousey did everything he wanted to do, even if it wasn’t called. YHC,  well my form was in question much of the morning.
Oh, Rousey handed out running tips to Frasier.  He accepted them and looked to be running faster.  
In the end, I think everyone got something they wanted.  Mileage was high for this one at 5.4.  The segments were slightly longer and so was my wienkie, because we only covered 1-2 of it.

Never engage in a land war in Asia, never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line, and never call a route you don’t know by memory. Alas your Q fell for number three and promptly headed out in the wrong direction this AM, but the PAX Dutifully followed and off we went! Dosey Doe, Frasier, and Astro had an extended pre-run and missed us at launch, so they ran the route the right way. Bunker was on the vampire shift and ran the hills of old course by his lonesome.

Rucks spent 80% of the time in a pile on the ground in the rain. But the bags did the trick. Must have been half marathon training day with so many runners on the track. @turkey leg joined us for COT. Great to meet @roulette with an explosive start to his F3 career. Perfect day with @Geraldo and @focker gabbing the entire time, @cheese curd didn’t have time to complain; with everyone making fun of how much he complains. Walking backwards uphill on rough grass with ruck and bag, best way to wake up!
