After a quick cop of IW, Windmill, SSH and LSS it was time for the main event. THE THANG: The workout was broken up into 5 segments
Segment 1: Starfish workout: Middle of the lacrosse field: 10 LBCS Corner 1: 10 Monkey Humpers Corner 2: 10 Diamond Merkins Corner 3: 10 Jump Squats Corner 4: 10 Dry Docks
Segment 2: 7s 6 LBCs at the closest soccer goal area to the main entrance, run to the other soccer goal post do 1 merkin. Rinse and repeat till you’ve done 1 lbc and 6 merkins meet back in the middle of the lacrosse field
After learning from header where the rock pile was we made our way towards the Ultimate boys for the next piece of the workout. Segment 3: Jack Webb with lifting rock, we went up to 4 slow merkins and 16 air presses then worked our way back down.
Segment 4: 2 sessions of bench work 10 Dips 10 Step Ups each leg 10 incline merkins Second time switch the incline merkins for derkins
Segment 5: We made our way down to the track for the final segment, one lap around the track all you got. Followed by running 100 meters twice ayg before making our way back to launch. At this point pretty sure Mr. Magoo and O’Tannenbaum were wondering why did they agree to come to this workout after Basecamp on Monday.
MARY: Flutters followed by Protractor till time was called. Small but mighty group today, lots of mumble chatter even Pudin Pop was mentioned even though he wasn’t there. After accepting we were looking at a humble but respectable 12 pax, we jauntered down to the field. Not sure which reaction was more underwhelming, the response to the unveiling of the new big boy sized, custom F3 pennies or Paris answering the call of crawdad and showing up to save the day on numbers.
THE THANG: pretty even matchup today. Game started close, but yellow had a string of careless turnovers and drops in the middle part of the match. Vicky made some questionable decisions (this time on the field), yours truly threw a drive opener directly into the ground, and FNG JPEG dropped an endzone dime. But the smell in the air changed around the midway point of the fourth quarter. Yellow turned it up. Pink clawed to keep the lead but yellow ultimately tied it to force an ultimate point. With both sides touching the disc on ultimate point, it was a Vicky tuddy that ultimately slammed the coffin shut on a marvelous comeback. Walking off, Marta threw a few friendly fire zingers in the direction of fruity, claiming his heart was simply not in it, nor were his legs. It’s been said that Marta is the Dillon Brooks of Friday Friz.

Run up Murderhorn 400M (Super Trooper not a fan of metric system) at race pace. Then recover run back down. Then 600M run at run pace. This ended at the top of the hill by movie theatre. From there, Q was handed back over to YHC where we closed out the session with bear crawls and curb jumps. Great work men.
