The kettlebell gods showed favor to the pax this morning and held off the impending storm, kept the weather cool, and the sun out of our eyes. The rainbow spreadsheet, much like the similarly named course in Mario Kart, generally elicits unfavorable reactions – mostly because Joe Daniels like to get real weird with it. However, most of us agreed that this current iteration is actually pretty good. Decent variety of straightforward exercises and, like High Tide remarked, if you don’t like something, we’ll move on to something new fairly quickly. Overall, good day moving weight with HIM (or is it HIMen?) and enjoyable mumblechatter throughout the sets.
