Heading west up Ballantyne Commons we completed the traditional warm-up, including my favorite combo exercise the Steve Earle. At the base of the hill we did the first of five 100 count flutters. We ran up the hill in a traditional American Indian Run. At the top of the hill did more flutters and then did a few circle drills will pax jumping and bear crawls. I brought back the Cheddar Shredder. I appreciate war_eagle's help instructing the crew. We flew down the hill using the Flag Carrier run taking us to a grass hill for a Triple Nickel. We weaved nearly to base using the Black Snake Run and finished with a relay race and more flutters/plank.
