WARMUP: Run THE THANG: Run MARY: Run ANNOUNCEMENTS: I was late COT: Still late Ran the Horsey loop from the East side of Arbo today. It's been a while and I forgot how long that rout was. Just over 7.5 miles for those keeping score at home. Half turned back on the greenway and made it home on time. The other half spent more time enjoying the cool morning air. Thanks to all who came out. It was great running weather.
