WARMUP: run on Raintree up to SCMS THE THANG: Nice warm up run with updates on Alf's bush maintenance (or lack thereof) Once @SCMS interval info was given. Woodfox hill at a hard effort, recover back through the school parking and down to the track for one lap. Track lap was to be at a medium pace with the back half 100m to be a proper stride. Recover back through parking, and back to Woodfox hill. Complete as many times as possible (4 reps) all while avoiding about 50 run for your lifers doing intervals of there own, on the same course.
