Get loose and ready THE THANG: Run out to Bryant Farms Rd to front entrance of YMCA. Do some side steps and find a good mini hill. 3 sets of run up hill and back down to do 5 merkins. Run back to parking lot of Hawk Ridge and get a coupon. 3 rounds 10 reps of squat/press, goblet squat, lunge w/twist and then curl/press/tri. Run to end of parking lot forward and back to coupon backwards. Mosey to stairs. 10 reps of box jump up 3 steps and run down other side. Then curb jumps OYO tel:25-20-15-10-5 Mosey over to playground for longevity test of dead hang. Goal was 1 minute. Mosey to put coupons away and finish with 1 minute squat hold and a few pulses.
