Seriously though, this guy is prepping to run a 50 mile race in September. I encourage him to check out our other running options for some variety.
THE THANG: run to the firehouse, old man stretches, run whitebriar(?) rd for hill suicides. Regroup and hit Main St to check on OW’s house and with a few stops for 20 squats (per stop), make it back to launch for COT with the 0.0 crew.
