Recovery Day My Arse

YHC made an extra early to the gym this morning on the 2 mile drive to Fat Camp with the following goals in mind:

  1. Cleanse the gurgling demon within
  2. Weight check
  3. Crank out 10 heavy chest sets

Fellow pre-runner Fire Hazard met me for a quick 1.1 before we circled back to meet Bounty Hunter and wait for it….wait for it….HAGGIS. The man, the myth…the sore legged legend graced us with his presence siting sore legs from Savage Race as a cause for his return. Quick disclaimer given and we were off with Bounty Hunter leading the first half of the workout.

The Thang

Mosey down to the lower parking lot and halt for:

  • Merkins x10
  • Wide-arm Merkins x10
  • Diamond Merkins x10
  • Dive Bomber Merkins x10

Continue mosey stopping at one of the many light poles for:

  • Low Slow Squats x10
  • Sumo Squats x10
  • Tuck Jumps x10

The mosey continues stopping in poorly lit, creepy looking cul-de-sac

  • Shoulder Taps x10 each side
  • Merkins x10

Mosey back to launch point after some distasteful music on my non-commercial free Pandora station and hand of to YHC for 2nd portion…aka Death to Legs via sandbags + sprints

We headed to the AstroTurf fields which were dirty as hell…lawn mowers didn’t pick up the debris:

  • Sandbag pull throughs to 1st goalie box line, sprint to far end of the field and back
  • Sandbag pull throughs from 1st goalie box line to midfield redline, sprint to far end and back
  • repeato advancing sandbag across remaining lines with far end sprint and back mixed in
  • Sandbag reverse drag to 1st line, drop bag/turn and sprint full length of field
  • repeato until reaching last line on the field

Back up to the parking lot and playground area:

  • Pull-ups – negatives 2 sets of 5reps
  • The Haggis Personal Trainer routine
    • Partner up, P1 does 1 pull-up and then rests while P2 does 1 pull-up. Keep moving up the ladder 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on until either partner reaches failure. Bounty Hunter and I made it up to 7
  • Mosey to parking lot for Mike Tyson Jail Cell Squat drill
    • 1 sand bag squat at 1st line, side shuffle to 2nd line for 2 sand bag squats and so on up to 10
    • What goes up must come down, work your way back down to 1
      • Haggis with the merkin modification

Small group today, but a solid one that got after it and fit a lot in. Some showed up with weary legs and well left with even wearier legs. YHC appreciates you battling through the pain to give the workout a strong effort. Everyone took turns leading the sprints, although it was pointed out that my lighter bag gave me the advantage on the sand bag exercises…to be debated. Unclaimed coats remained at the playground with the absence of Kirby today. More announcements to come but here are the ones for this week:

  • FAT CAMP CLOSED next week for the Convergence New Guy Workout at the Maul
  • FAT CAMP will re-open on 5/31 with new hours/format
    • 5:00 – 5:30 pre-run, we will circle back at 5:15 to pick up wave 2 for those who opt for the shorter pre-run version
    • 5:30 – 6:15 FAT CAMP

Tied Up @ Fat Camp (TRX style…not bondage)

YHC was cutting rope late into the evening last night while also trying to bottlefeed a clusterfeeding 2wk old. The gents joked this morning when I showed up with ropes “Oh, the M won’t let you use those on her, so you bring those out to use on us instead?’ yada yada yada…jackasses, although correct, still jackasses. 4 grizzled vets were boots on the ground at 5:15 and the music and boom box were cued.

Warm-Up

  • Slow mosey around the parking lot
  • 15 SSH
  • 10 LSS
  • 10 Merkins

Partner Up (1 rope x partner group)

  • P1 wrap rope around P2 waist and administer resistance
  • P2 high knees w/ resistance to 1st speed bump (flapjack)
    •  P1 administer resistance, P2 backpedal (flapjack)
    •  P1 administer resistance, P2 high knees to speedbump 1, P1 let go of resistance rope, P2 sprint to 2nd speedbump (flapjack)
    •  P1 adminster resistence, P2 backpedal to speedbump, P1 let go of resistance rope, P2 turn and sprint to 2nd speedbump (flapjack)

The legs were worn…I mean warm. Now on to:

The Thang

Using my homemade TRX ropes the PAX executed the 6 exercises below:

  1. Chest Press
  2. Inverted Lat Rows (modify to 1 arm rows for harder workout)
  3. Tricep Extensions
  4. Chest Press
  5. Standing Fallout Extension (shoulders)
  6. Squat (modify to 1 leg pistol for harder workout)
  7. Mosey around the parking lot w/ sprint in between

Finish off with a little core

  • LBC x15
  • Flutter x15
  • 6in LBC x10
  • Box Cutter x10
  • 1 min forearm plank

Moleskin

Small group today, but the tunes despite no Taylor Swift inspired everyone to press hard this morning. Great work fellas

Gump – glad I saw you yesterday morning, getting your SWOLE session on. Strong work today setting the pace on the ropes and blistering the sprints. The strength work was right in your wheelhouse.

Kirby – always keeping the the comraderie high but knowing when to quit letting the Q BS around and preempt the start of sprints. Also appreciate you continuing to show restraint from stealing the Elementary kids coats from the playground and letting them hang around another week.

Bounty Hunter – cuts through my neighborhood today but was taking no short-cuts this morning on the ropes. Thanks for joining me in the no-glove club this morning. The hands are a little raw because of it but we all know “Real Men don’t wear gloves” hence on how we all made it into this world BOOM

Announcements

  • Prayers for Kirby’s neighbor and their 2.0, never take for granted the good health that you and your family have been blessed with.
  • Fat Camp will be closed for 5/24 “F3 New Guy” workout at the Maul
  • In need of some PAX to step up and lead in the coming weeks, please sign up via the Sign-Up Genius link below:
  • More details to come, but we will be doing a Summer Strength Course series during the months of June, July and August. 1 wk each month will feature our strength course and times will be recorded and posted as a competitive way to compete against others and UvsU

Buckets Required for Snatch and Jerk

Fresh off of a a leg smashing weekend at the P200, YHC turned down the pre-run option and invitation from Fire Hazard for this morning. Anticipating to show up early, set up and then knock out some pull-ups/merkins YHC arrived to see the chariot belonging to Paper Jam sitting in the parking lot. He was itching to pre-run so we took off for a quick mile arriving back right in time to start up the main event + pissing off Fire Hazard as I had shot him down the night before only to be swayed by Paper Jam. 8 normal PAX + 1 overachiever ruck sack wearing PAX (Bounty Hunter) hit the start button on a short mosey around the parking lot before circling up:

Perfect morning for a workout and appreciative to all of the bros that made it out of the fartsack for Fat Camp this morning. Since YHC is no longer able to bring buckets aka props to The Brave they needed to find purpose elsewhere and that place was Fat Camp this morning. As a reminder to all future Q’s, any GEAR is welcome whether it be buckets, plates, ropes, KB’s etc. feel free to mix it up and get on the Q schedule. Just make sure that you know the difference between your Cleans and Jerks and your Snatches and Presses to avoid uttering the name of an “at home only” style workout. Q SLOTS OPEN NEXT WEEK & BEYOND

F3 > Gladiator @ the Big House

YHC wanted to hit the Big House early to scope out the terrain and make sure it was appropriate for the planned workout. In the distance by the baseball fields there was another car sitting there. Curious as to who else would be at outside at 5AM when it’s below 30 degrees, YHC made a pass by to see a guy with a table and cone course set up in the parking lot and a “Gladiator” sign. While trying to read the sign YHC inadvertently ran over one of his cones and yeah, I kept going. Turf wars are on. I circled back to the launch point to see 6 PAX awaiting their Monday medicine. Quick disclaimer given and off we went:

COP

  • SSH x 25
  • MC x 25
  • Windmill x 10
  • Cherry Pickers x 10

The Thang (far parking lot from launch)

  • Sprint to 1st island, recover to the end of parking lot (repeato x4)
  • Merkin Walk along the curb
  • Dips x25
  • Turbo Leg Ups x25 each leg
  • Full Parking Lot Sprint + short recover loop past Gladiator man and back
  • Diamond Merkin Walk along the curb
  • Dips x25
  • Box Jumps x25
  • Full Parking Lot Sprint + short recover loop past Gladiator man and back

4 Corners (partner up) = Exercise for 30 sec high intensity, then rotate to next station

  • Merkins
  • Partner Ab work
  • Dips
  • Burpee broad jumps

YHC thought he remembered a hill from the last time posting at The Big House. The “Hill” was not quite as daunting as I remembered, however it did the trick for a backwards Bear Crawl ladder:

  • x5 (bombjacks at the bottom, bear crawl to the top, burpees at the top, jog to the bottom)
  • x4 (bombjacks at the bottom, bear crawl to the top, burpees at the top, jog to the bottom)
  • repeato until 1
  • COT

Moleskin

Definitely appreciate the invitation from Dumpsterfire and Cheddar to come out and Q the Big House. Hopefully your free workout courtesy of YHC was better than what Gladiator man was cooking up for roughly $30 a pop. Solid work by Tagalong and Shrink Wrap as they have been constants at this site and Fat Camp. Tagalong brought the speed on the sprints. Pulp Fiction didn’t even seem winded, almost as if he was down for another 45min. Great to meet Tool Bag in person, seen the name many of times now have a mug to put to it.

The Brave Lays PROPS to Rest…

Typically, I’ve put announcements at the end of the backblast but in this case I definitely have an important one to put front and center. Transporter and the Union County PAX have been working to restore a house in Union County. The house is home to her daughter and 2 other grandchildren that she is supporting. She lost her husband recently and has also taken in a man that has been struggling. Her house is sinking into the ground and in need of major restructuring and remodeling. Transporter has put together a Go Fund Me Page and a Sign up Genie Volunteer page and is asking for support in the form of monetary contributions or labor. Visit the links below for more information on the project and TCLAPS to Transporter and the Union County crew for their work on this.

https://www.gofundme.com/debbies-house-improvement

https://m.signupgenius.com/#!/showSignUp/409094eafaf2dabfa7-f3debbies

YHC was under direct order from the pregnant M to remove everything from the garage that I have not used recently. 6 buckets filled with rocks, sand, plate weights and probably mouse feces stuck out like a sore thumb and were on the chopping block for disposal, because Goodwill doesn’t have a GEAR aka PROP section yet. Quick on my feet, “I am using these Friday for my Brave Q! BOOM” Puzzled face and eye roll but I was in the clear to keep them, atleast for now.

Pre-run with Argonaut (dude has been all over the pre-runs before every AO) for a solid 1.1 and saw Triple 7 getting after it for some Pre-Brave miles (this dude has also been racking up some serious mileage)

Warm-up

  • Mosey up Brixham for 0.25 miles and peel off into parking lot
  • 30 SSH (amongst the mumble chatter “is this the only exercise he knows?”)
  • 15 Merkins (just to warm-up the chest for a lot more)
  • Mosey the rest of the way to the Bull Ring

AMRAP Thang Time

YHC had staged 6 buckets filled with rocks, sand, plate weight and mouse feces in a dark place. Veteran in security dealings, Fire Hazard; advised we stay away from using buckets on the main drive that runs into the putting green. Crisis averted, security problem resolved as we moved over to the lot.

1 lap around the Bull Ring and do all of the exercises below. Each subsequent lap around the Bull Ring repeato all the exercises below subtracting one exercise after each lap (moving from 8 to 1, ending the last lap with just the bucket carry/back pedal.

*Caveat, the below exercises can be done anywhere on the loop around the Bull Ring.

  1. Bucket (PROP) carry down / Back pedal back
  2. Merkins (x20)
  3. Mountain Climbers (x20)
  4. Flutter (x20)
  5. Hip Slappers (x20)
  6. Broad Jump (x20)
  7. Diamond Merkins (x20)
  8. Burpees (x20)

6:10, leave the buckets YHC will be back to get them (MISTAKE…) and mosey back to COT. COT was going great with Name-o-rama and getting ready to name an FNG until…Our man, the Chief Security Officer (CSO) pulls up to let us know he has found our “Props” and reinforce that he does not like “Props”….officially killing “Props”.

Moleskin

Our Security Officer friend calling the Gear “Props” reminded me of Ted from Billy Madison calling the Sh*t “Poop”. C’mon man…But, in all seriousness we are very lucky to have the access that we do to the AO’s and properties that we do and need to work within their guidelines to ensure that our presence is tolerated and welcomed. Therefore, it has being asked that Gear…props…no longer be used in any of the Ballantyne corporate areas/lots/decks etc and that we keep these items on the running trail areas only. Thanks Madame Tussauds and Fire Hazard for pointing this out and posting on Slack.

Strong work from the group of men this morning. Fahvra surprised us all by leading the pack and I didn’t confirm whether he actually completed all of the laps but my money is that he did. Mario and Soft Pretzel also pushed hard and were killing it at the front of the pack.

TCLAPS to Transporter for:

  1. The message and opportunity mentioned at the beginning
  2. Bringing out a FNG (Pearl Jam) to The Brave

Also, mad props (no pun intended) to Pearl Jam for hanging tough and having the stones to make The Brave workout numero uno.

More props being handed out to Argonaut, MT and others for leading some Mary as YHC and Fire Hazard rounded up PAX at the end.

Appreciate Bus Boy and Big Tuna switching it up from Centurion this week and joining YHC. Although they probably saw Thin Mint on the schedule and figured that his 45min would be tougher than YHCs

Fire Hazard, appreciate you going to pick up the Gear (props) in an effort to help mend our relations with the Chief Security Officer (CSO).

As I mentioned, great work gents always and honor to lead. Keep getting after it! SYITG

Baggage @ The Arsenal

YHC loves a good sand bag workout and felt like doling one out despite coming off a heavy Fat Camp Q by Argonaut the day prior. A 15-minute Pre-run was in order in which YHC had set a lofty goal to hit 2 miles in that timeframe. Bird Cage brought me down to earth and we settled for 1.25. Not 1, but 2 FNGs rolled up with their respective EH’ers (Tuck & Fallout). A bakers dozen it was, disclaimer given and off we went:

Warm-up

  • SSH x 20
  • Merkin x 10
  • LSS x 10
  • MC x 10

The Sand Bag Thang

  • Partner up (one group of 3…more to come on these guys)
  • P1 – Carry Sand bag up the hill and back down, P2 Burpees (x2)
  • P1 – Carry Sand bag up the hill and back down, P2 hold 6inch (9 for me) plank & Flapjack (x2)
  • P1 – Starts off with a backpedal sandbag drag, P2 sprints to P1 and takes over draggin’ the ole bag and P1 sprints back to start point and back to “relieve” P2 (Entire length of practice field)
  • Same concept as above, except swap backpedal sandbag drag with bear crawl sandbag pull-throughs (Entire length of practice field)
  • Partner Bag sit-ups (Team of 3, you’re up)
    • P1 does sit up with bag, handing to P2 (standing above), does sit up without the bag and takes bag from P2 = 1 rep (x10), flapjack
    • The team of 3 decided to modify in a “cute” way aka “The Loveboat” with all 3 PAX not naming names (Ringer, Copay, Fire Hazard) nestled in close holding the same sand bag doing situps….twas the sight to see
  • Grab some Wall for deep squat bag pass down and back
  • Partner Sprints
    • P1 Sprint to 1st “light pole” while P2 does sandbag squats
    • Flapjack, P2 sprints to 2nd “light pole” while P1 does sandbag squats
    • Flapack…to 3rd and final light pole
  • Quick round of Mary
    • Flutter x 20
    • Superman (arms out front, Fire Hazard SHarT blast, arms behind, lean right/left)
    • Freddie Mercury x 20
  • COT
    • Welcome/Name FNG’s, Family Ties (EH – Tuck) and Yellow Jacket (EH – Fallout)
    • Sign-up for the Savage Race

Moleskin

Solid group at the Arsenal today and working in partners really seemed to push everyone. I know that we joked about my poor choice of words “relieving one another” in the sandbag workout but it was good to see the PAX pushing through the sprints to relieve their partner doing the heavy lifting on the bag portion of the workout. Look for everyday opportunities to ease the burden of those struggling with one.

T-Claps to:

  • Fallout and Tuck for their EH work of FNGs. Both FNGs were solid and I appreciate your leadership in pushing and encouraging them as partners during the workout
  • Kielbasa for the EH and bringing Sauerkraut out to Day 3 and to Sauerkraut for stringing together 3 posts in 5-6 days
  • Fire Hazard for providing the bulk of the gear…although he almost sh*t his pants during mary
  • Ringer, Bird Cage and Fire Hazard for putting in the extra work with the pre-run
  • Copay = still the fastest man

Always an honor to lead and have a solid rest of the week. Over and Out

Fat Camp Gets Heavy

The ankle wasn’t having it this morning so YHC decided on a 0.0 mile routine for #F3FatCamp. The only request on Tweeter/Slack was for the PAX to bring “something” heavy. Luckily for us, Fire Hazard had a whole truck load of heavy things for us with the sandbag being the weapon of choice. It looked like it was going to be the 4 brutes getting after it, but as the rain picked up in came 3 more cars with a minute to spare.

Warm-up

  • Low Slow Squat x 10
  • Merkin (civilian ct) x 15
  • Cherry Pickers x 10….an unfamiliar exercise with the attending PAX as I made out a few WTF’s?
  • Mountain Climber x 15

The Thang

  • Weighted Squat Ladder
    • With weight, PAX perform 1 Squat at 1st line, side-step to 2nd line and perform 2 squats, side-step to 3rd line and perform 3 squats………….all the way up to 10 and then work their way back down from 10 to 1
    • A couple of 6inch planks mixed in along the way = crowd pleaser
  • Bicep Hang/Weighted Curl Circuit
    • PAX hang in pull-up position under tension for time and then follow-up with weighted curls:
    • 20 sec hold + 10 curls
    • 18 sec hold + 9 curls
    • 16 sec hold + 8 curls
    • yada yada yada down to 2 sec hold + 1 curl
  • Weighted Wall Squat
    • With weight lifted overhead, 4 sets x 10sec hold
  • 11’s featuring Incline Merkin (Irkin)/Tricep Extension (weighted)
  • Just to shake out the muscles and drop the weight, 10 turbo leg ups each leg
  • Grand Finale – Burpee/Weighted Squat Ladder
    • 10 burpees/10 weighted squats
    • 9 burpees/9 weighted squats
    • 8 burpees/8 weighted squats and so on down to 1

Moleskin

  • Most of the mumble chatter was around Fire Hazard and Kirby bragging about their National Champion Tigers…(wake me when it’s over, but definitely major props on slaying the dragon), heckling my terrible math skills (I reminded the PAX that I studied business at NC State, not smart enough for engineering), and fingers disappearing in asses…we’ll skip the explanation there
  • Fallout texted me letting me know that he was having trouble walking a day after the workout…I told him his quest for a great ass doesn’t come without consequence. Praises and continued prayers for Fallout and his family as they continue to grow their family with new 2.0 Kai!
  • Wild Turkey led by example executing top notch form in all circuits which is paramount when doing this type of workout. Always good to have you out
  • Escobar after partying it up on Monday night showed no signs of weariness as he cranked through everything crushing the tricep circuit
  • Thanks to Male vocalist of the year award nominee Mighty Might for joining me in doubling down with the weight vest/ruck sack throughout the workout and setting the pace on the Squat circuit

Announcements

  • Good luck to all those running in Joe Davis this weekend

Getting Chesty at Dromedary

YHC didn’t know what to expect for a group with the calendar striking mid-December and enlisted neighbor Fallout to join me for a trip out to UnionCo. The PAX in UnionCo seem to be unphased by cooler/damp conditions as we had 15 show up ready for action. Quick disclaimer was given “I am not a professional (although I look like one, thanks for the confidence Dasher) yada yada yada” and we were off.

Warm-Up

Mosey towards the Middle School side tossing in:

  • Butt Kickers
  • High Knees
  • Toy Soldiers
  • Lung Walks
  • Reverse Lung Walk
  • SSH x50
  • Mountain Climbers x20

  • Merkin Curb Walk 10yds
  • Derkin Curb Walk 10yds
  • Diamond Merkin Curb Walk 10yds
  • Diamond Derkin (Double D’s) Curb Walk 10yds

  • 6inch plank hold 30sec (again, 9inches for me)
  • COT

Moleskin

YHC was pumped to come out and Q again in UnionCo territory. These guys always show up in strong numbers and push the pace.

  • Thanks to Bratwurst for having me out and showing up fresh off a strong marathon performance in Kiawah.
  • I appreciate fellow ILer Fallout for accompanying me out to UnionCo and joining in for a beat down, I made sure to give him the heated seat treatment to and from
  • During the forearm plank into standard planks Posse realized that the forearm exercises he performs at the house are not quite paying the dividends that he had hoped for. May want to up that activity to 5x a day instead of just 3x
  • Either Dasher was just wicked fast on the sprints (Check) or Doc struggled with the forearm planks into standard planks (also a Check) as I heard the following exchange on the partner drills:
    • Dasher returning after sprint “How many”
    • Doc “Five….”
    • Dasher in disbelief “What, only 5? You know we have to do 50, right?”
  • Boucher, welcome and strong work you jacked man you
  • Goodfella was gettin’ after it on the sprints, strong work brother and always great to see you in the gloom
  • Dirty Bird was pushing himself all morning, keep up the great work dude

Safe Travels and Happy Holidays to all.

Double-Down DaVinci

YHC hit up the Ole Stonehenge this morning for a highly anticipated Alf Q. Definitely a scorcher with the Parking Decks and stairwells. YHC lost track of time and 40min burned by quickly. Figuring out that the launch point was over a mile away and I was on Q at 7AM led to a frantic dash back to the launch point and a 65mph drive down Rea Rd. YHC arrived at DaVinci to 4-5 cars dawning F3 stickers…However, none were there for DaVinci – rather it was the BRR group of Soft Pretzel, Gnard Dog, Overhead, and Beaker that had taken off at 6AM to maintain their soccer arms for 10+ miles.

YHC took off on a hot lap around the parking lot and caught up with Triple 7 zooming into the AO with Thin Mint just behind. All 3 of us weary legged and wearing on our second shirt for the day, it was GO TIME.

THE THANG

  • No need to warm-up, that’s what Stonehenge was for
  • Straight into some HIIT on the high fountain walls – 20 sec ON/10 sec OFF (Right Turbo Leg-Ups, Left Turbo Leg-Ups, Box Jumps) x 2.
  • 2nd Set HIIT – (Derkins, Incline Merkins, Bombjacks) x 2
  • AB work (Pistol Crunches x 25each leg/F. Mercury x 25/2min forearm plank) – by this point we all needed a 3rd shirt
  • Mosey back to launch point where YHC had stashed surprise coupons (60+ lb buckets)
  • Suicides are bad enough, add a 60+ bucket carry to each one and well…it sucks
  • Bucket suicide, out and back (3 stops out each way)
  • Circle up for ab work (LBC x 20, Flutter x 20, 1min 30sec forearm plank)
  • Bucket suicide ROUND 2 – caveat, ad in the back-pedal (sprint forward, back pedal back)
  • More ab work (Box Cutter x 15, WWII Sit-Up x 15, 1min forearm plank)
  • 10 yd Curb Merkin Walk
  • 10 yd Curb Diamond Merkin Walk
  • 10 yd Curb Burpee Walk (YHC still working on a better name for these, because they deserve a name…smoked)
  • Finish with 1min forearm plank to hit the burning abs with one last blow

Moleskin

  • Solid work by the Double-down crew, each PAX came in with their second shirt of the day, soaked sweat shorts and weary legs but it didn’t stop us from getting after it for Round 2
  • Thin Mint – this dude crushed Stonehenge, tore through DaVinci and I am sure he could have done 2 other workouts if there was a 9AM and 10AM option. Solid work as always, thanks for showing up.
  • Triple 7 – I still think that he is full of it when he says he’s in his 50’s. The dude was an animal in back-to-back workouts today. Solid representation as the site Q and also brought a cooler of ice cold H2O for the PAX and BRR trainees that strolled in as we were finishing up. That was clutch and much appreciated on another piping August day in the Carolinas.

Shouldering the Load – Dromedary

14 PAX including YHC rolled up on Dromedary this morning with the goal of getting better, faster and stronger. Brief disclaimer was delivered but I could tell that this was a group that needed no modification. From there it began:

Warm-Up

  • Mosey parking lot loop
  • 25 SSH
  • 15 Imperial Walker
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 Low Slow Squats
  • 10 Windmill

The Thang

  • Merkin Curb Walks (Merkin, Move right, Merkin) x20
  • Diamond Merkin Curb Walks (x10)
  • Wide-arm Merkin Curb Walks (x10)
  • Plyo Merkin Curb Walks (Merkin + Curb Jump) x10
  • Chest and Shoulders were feeling good and the heart rate was starting to jump; count off into groups of 4
  • 4 corners in parking lot (Corner 1 & 2 = 10 burpees) (Corner 3 & 4 = 10 jump squats) rotate clock-wise until all corners have been hit (sprint longer distance rotation; bear crawl shorter distance rotation) Return to center for Flutter and F. Mercury
  • Rinse and repeat substituting Box Cutters and Crunch Frog for Flutter and F. Mercury
  • Line up for Suicides – Sprint forward, back-pedal back (x3)
  • Full court sprints (x2)
  • Jack Webb (1:4 ratio – Merkins/Air-press) up to 10:40

Moleskine

  • First and foremost as announced TODAY IS THE LAST DAY FOR UNIONCO F3 SHIRT-ORDER! I have provided the link below, access this TODAY and purchase so that we can complete the order. I am purchasing one as soon as I finish typing this. You can always use extra shirts over the summer…don’t wear the same Stank-soaked shirt 2 days in a row: http://f3.mudgear.com/products/f3-union-county-pre-order
  • Strong work by the PAX on the Sprints & Suicides. There was a lot of speed out there but I think Hollywood took the Sprint Crown and the suicides were crushed by Landshark and Flipper
  • Old McDonald was next to me and was back-pedaling like he should be in training camp in Spartanburg trying out for a roster spot at corner
  • After taking a beating with YHC at #F3Swift yesterday; Long Haul was back out getting after it
  • Abacus set the pace on the Jack Webb to help us finish strong
  • Thanks again for the opportunity to lead, Posse I know where the grass is now and will take it easier on everyone’s knees the next go around
  • SHAMELESS PLUG: Come out to Arsenal (Indian Land Elementary School) tomorrow morning 5:15 launch, great AO if you have never been and we get after it
