Quick Mousey to TCBY parking lot for a quick warmup. Then mousey to Target. First lap around target: American Hammers at each streetlight from one to 12 (78 total). Second lap – merkins – 78 total. And the final lap LBCs – 78 total. The PAX moved to A1 salon for some rock lifting and a bit more running. Then back to launch. 3.3 miles in total. A few met at Starbucks afterwards for some coffee.
