Warm Up

Mosey to Benches.

  • 15 – Potato Pickers
  • Planks

The Thang

Mosey to the Circle

  1. 15- Side Straddle Hops
  2. 15- Imperial Walkers
  3. 15 – Side Straddle Hops
  4. 15 – Monkey Humpers
  5. 15 – Side Straddle Hops
  6. 15- Mike Tysons

Mosey to Benches

  1. Stop at each light pole 10 – Squats / 10 Merkins – Two light poles forward 1 pole back.  Or was it 1 pole forward, 1 pole backwards.  Whoops

Sets of Dips

  1. 20 – 90 Degree Dips
  2. 20 – 180 – Degree Dips

Mosey to COT

Up the hill and over the hill and back 25 at each corner of the run do the below.  100 Reps in total.

  • Flutters
  • Big Boys
  • American Hammers
  • Heals to Heaven

All in all, we got 1.8 miles of running in, and flatter abs.

 

The Moleskine 

It was hot and humid, the Pax’s completed 100 Rep Challenge with 1 minute to spare.
