COT

YE OLDE MOLESKINE

Great numbers at Kevlar today and YHC showed up to many a SPEARHEAD wearing rucks and swinging bells. Not the friendliest Go Ruck workout but as usual the lads dug in with an added 30-40 pounds. Most of the mumble chatter in the circle of pain was focused on Big League Chew’s rear end as he was the only member of the pax facing outward. He may be a war daddy but BLC still puts us all to shame! We haven’t seen the tires in a while at Kevlar so it was time to throw them back in the mix along with the broad jump burpee which is another crowd pleaser to say the least. The big rope had to be used so after some confusion three teams were formed and all I know is that my team lost every time. Momentum was the name of the game with the tug-o-war.
Thanks for allowing me to lead. Have a great holiday weekend. Convergence a DMZ this Monday at Carmel Park 7am.

I want it on record that I was at Kevlar this morning – left off the PAX list. Young Love and his lovely new cologne can vouch for me.

Tis true Gummy was there. Rumor has it now he is planning on lunge walking his midnight leg of the BRR.

I was also there and can vouch for Gummy. BD has the right count, so I’m not sure who got credit while fartsacking or posting elsewhere.

Glad I could brighten things up for you this morning, Gummy. Nothing special — you too can smell lovely: http://youtu.be/owGykVbfgUE

Perhaps I should buy a case for our BRR van?

Looks like Byron got extra credit for the day and Gummy got zilch.

BD – thanks for keeping the running to a minimum. Sort of getting tired of it with one week to go.

Wish I would have been there. Probably could have come straight in from the beatdown in Columbia. Would have guaranteed #merlot.

As always I enjoyed the beatdown. However, I enjoyed it more once the 40 lb ruck came off half way through thanks to a broken belt and pushups with my hand firmly planted in an ant hill. Only so much a man can take. Oh yeah, did my butt look big in those hymn shorts? I think I’m gaining weight.
