A little background . . . The Charge began over 3 years ago by DDs. Unfortunately DDs could not make it today due to travel schedules and he has been MIA over the past 6 months with newborn twins in May. However, DDs would like to continue the bootcamp workout on Wednesdays at Providence Day at 0530 for anyone who would like to attend. Wheelbarrow with partner about 25 yards (avoiding fire ants); bear crawls (25 yards); crab walk (25 yards);
I don’t know the name, but I call it the “plank jump” (one partner planks; the other partner jumps over and then under the planking partner) – 1 minute. Love the taste of fresh cut grass!
Back to 42: Run 25 yards; 10 burpees – x 4 (except 12 on the last set of burpees to get to 42)
