I was under the impression that every Swarm workout had to have some sort of Wu Tang theme. So I took a shot at it by utilizing Ghostface Killah and Raekwon the Chef’s song from their best album. Sort of did the same thing over and over and tried to keep it simple. Turns out the group loved the lack of creativity. Wow! Good mix of new (to me) guys, old guys, fast guys, faster guys.
