  • There was no theme for this workout but High Tide and Ickey Shuffle wanted to continue the Alabama theme with discussion of basketball. Word on the street is that the Tide is ranked #9
  • Unplugged’s class is building a bridge so he is carting around saws in addition to the ~150lbs of KB’s in his trunk #MPGChamp
  • Hoover is about 7 feet tall so he’s only got a step stool at his house – he wanted to convert the pyramid to something similar
  • Voodoo wished he had skipped out today as they had done the same pyramid on Saturday – it is crowd pleaser
  • Mighty Mite is making good progress training his pup and can’t wait until he can give it a collar with a little KB inscribed with its name

Great lead today. I came home, took a nap, and I was still tired all day. This workout is probably the reason why Voodoo was drinking at 5:00 today.
