I’ll be the first to admit I haven’t been very prompt in posting lately. No excuses, I’m working on it. I wanted to get a couple miles today so that’s what we did!
Warmup:
Slow 1 mile mosey to the neighborhood beside the school. Circle up, quietly!
SSH 10 – IC
Merkin 10- Slower Cadence
Peter Parker 10 – IC
Calf stretche
Runner Lunge
The Thang:
200/400 repeats – 2 rounds
Waxhaw Express already had the distances marked.
Merkins around the block – 10 merkins each intersection all the way around
Burpees around the block- increase by 1
5 MT from intersection down to main cul da sac and back
Mosey back to COT – I clocked 4.3 miles some got more, some got less. Either way, we did it in 45mins so Ignition shouldn’t be out of the question for any Pax.
Moleskine:
Chatterbox, Chatterbox, Chatterbox…. the man pushed hard today and got waaaay out of his comfort zone! Well done man!!
