  • Warmup at the circle in the park
    • SSD X20
    • Mountain Climbers X20
    • Calf Stretches
    • Merkens X20
    • Imperial Walker X2o
    • Low Slow Squats X20
  • Mosey to the Overhang at the Elementary School
    • Five Card Draw- Do the Exercises
    • Don’t Draw the Queen with 20 Burpees
    • Run the large loop of the parking lot
    • Repeat 5 times
  • Mosey to the Bus Parking Lot
    • Star Workout
    • 1 Burpee in the Middle, Run to the cone and do the exercise
    • Repeat Two Times
  • Mosey Back to the Start
